i play 3 tables at the time, $4 in each, 5/10 no limit at Pokerstars.

So far i've made 12 bucks in 2 days.

if your bankroll is too small for nl, you have to play fixed limit, or 0.01.0.02 nl. For nl 0.01-0.02 you have to have 125$ else you have to play fixed limit and if you play nl u have to bring full stack(maximum amount of chips)

why? please explain...

because it's dumb to play 10nl with 4$, it's same as you playing 5nl except the level is higher.On fixed limit there's no limit of chips while nl has limit and all players who knows anything about poker playes full stack on nl

You didn't have 8 outs only 6, as anon said when you play NL you enter at the table with the maximum buy in, why? because your target is to stack other players at the table in one hand thus when you bring the max buy in your implied odds are better.

Simply you won't win a lot with shortstack, and you might lose it fast

well if you're just starting up (as you apparently are), you need at least $200 for these tables, if you have that then by all means keep playing there. Anything less and you'll be broke. Especially if you keep playing like this.

And anon is very very correct on the bankroll management advice. Also buying in with full stack isn't a necessity, but you can't really make good plays with this kinda stack, PLUS KTo is one of the shittiest hands to play and you call a raise AND A RERAISE with it. Gsus, if you last more than a week, I'll give ye a cookie.

So. Go learn the game at 2c/4c limit and when you reach like $200+ roll, start picking up NL. Also, start with THE SMALLEST NL tables and not NL10. You know you have no reason whatsoever to be playing higher when you have yet to learn the basics.

You just got really really lucky this hand.

And 12 bucks isn't even a buy-in for christ sakes. You can make like buy-in an hour and (very) probably more on these tables if you have any skill whatsoever. Nor does two day "good" run even mean anything. I've seen people go from $50 to $1000 in a week and fall back down when they were ignorant as you're now.

So PLEASE; before you start resembling abrasive-x more, please oh please buy a mallet and pound some sense into your head and go play a) the smallest limits and b) go play LIMIT so you won't lose your whole roll.

And WHY do you have to play at low stakes, at least 20 buy-ins? Because that way, when the bad beat fairy comes and shoves his dick up your hiney, you won't be broke, but only have lost a buy-in. And trust me, this can happen many times in a row and I can only imagine how it will affect the mind of a player who has just begun playing. You'll blow $200 in those tables before you can say "pinch".

I actually have a high IQ, even though i know you are smart, you just dissapointed me, smart persons dont judge people so soon and not by forum posts. You have to take in mind alot of things if you want to judge someone by his posts.
lets make a list:

Location, he might not speak english and what he said can be missunderstood.
Time, he is new to the site and new to poker, he wants advice and wants to learn, hard to be around.

apart from that, you also have to think about other possibilities such as him having personal issues, age, mood, etc, and all this, can make the way he posts change in various ways.

I am not going to argue with you, neither it was my intention, i never talked bad to or about you, thanks for your welcome and kindness, and im sorry if it hurts you the way i post.
