I'd call mostly based on "if he has a 6 he made a bad call pf and therefore I can't make a misstake by calling". Also 45 missed and I don't see him play QQ/JJ like this. He could have JQ I guess. |

54s could easily be in an unknown 3-bet cold-calling range trying to bust your 'obvious AA/KK because you 3-bet'. |
