for example, on the flop, either bet out good amount or dont bet first at all.
in the whole hand, ur betting says "i have the nuts and i am fucking scared u could fold".

there is a light at the end of the tunnel... (but sometimes the tunnel is long and deep as hell)

joe pretty much has it. why bet so small, make it at least 3/4 pot bet/raise on every street until ur all in.
