? mini bet strat? to explain, pf raise is standard...i should have raised more on flop yes, but because i was so strong i wanted to make it look like a c-bet. turn bet is a little weak, maybe 2 even...already discussed this with someone -.-

thats what all the NL10ers say (and some NL25ers too)... bet $1.50 on the flop and pot the turn... if he's still in the hand by the river (which im sure he will because NL10 chase everything even if its for his whole stack), well, nothing you can do about that...

lol "wanted to make it look like a cbet", that's hilarious. as if he's sitting there thinking "yes this looks like a cbet to me so i'll call the flop with 4 high". betting 1/3 pot doesn't even look like a cbet since cbets tend to be 2/3~3/4 pot because most of the time when you cbet you want them to fold. just bet the same as you always would, perhaps even more than usual here cause there's a fair few draws. and his "catch" isn't even sick, he has NFD + a gutterball so his flop equity is actually pretty decent on the flop ;/

One day good. One day bad. And some days, even hope

67% vs 33% is not "so strong" on the flop...

when you bet you're supposed to bet to try and get the most value out of his likely made hands and draws, not bet so small that you think you might induce him to call with a gutshot or something weak (and he would actually be correct to call this flop bet with a gutshot)
