i'm by no means a PLO expert... but i'm pretty sure that you'd have to have a beyond great read to call that shove with just top 2 and not even a decent redraw.

the math i guess could make it a call, but i don't know it well enough to speak on it. i just think you're very often facing a set here, and if not, a huge drawing hand (wrap + fd) that you're probably behind.
