you need to start betting/raising instead of calling. like, pretty much every hand you posted should have had you bet or raise at some point where you did not.

But basically this. You're missing out on tons of value by playing so weak. Maybe move down a stake, so you're not playing as scared until your bankroll is bigger? I dunno, just a thought.

Really though - you don't need a coach for the level you're at man. Reading some books, watching some videos, and simply engaging in discussions would be far more valuable. I really hope you're not paying..
