He raised to $21.60

23/20 8% 3bet multitables can't remember seeing him spew
calls like 25% in these positions pre I'd guess

Like I never have 66 or AA or 3x really when I open 60%+ buttons here so top of range

but

like

I need to be good 43% of the time and why the fuck he'd shove a naked Ax?
And who's sick enough to actually bluff like a busted fd here :D

66 and quite a few 3xs should be in your button opening range..

exactly, I wouldnt give my opponents credit to be wanting to try to bluff us off an A by jamming this river with an ace themselves without having particular reason too... I would expect this shove to be a bluff or a 3 and I just don't see it being a bluff anywhere near 43% of the time.

I don't really check those on flop tho, sure heads up 66 sometimes where I'm forced to balance but 6max without history pretty much never certainly not at these stakes. I mean if he's smart he prolly realizes that no?

I'm really not sure if serious lemon (sorry to say this again).

Its 25 NL how many people think "I don't think he has the stone cold nuts on this river, or I can be completely sure so I am just going to check jam river on a xxyzx board" If this guy is someone who you can call here against then you certainly don't need to post the hands as I am sure almost no 25 NL reg is check shoving this river. (as a bluff)

Stop thinking so hard man its painful for me to watch.

EDIT: sorry "reverse float turn and then c/jam river because I Don't think he'd check back top strength hands"

this x100
people very rarely think of doing such moves unless they have the stone cold nuts, because they don't have extensive plans or nearly optimal frequencies of bluffing in weird ways

I fold and don't mind. Very strong likelihood it's a split pot, but it's obviously not a good feeling to call off 87 big blinds in the hope that you're winning your 13 back.

do you mean that he's deep-stacked, and suppose he couldn't be deep stacked if he was doing retarded bluffs that got called?

It seems to be not very profitable in the long run to play those kind of hands. - Gus Hansen

what are you referring to?
only thing that's weird is that the lack of a space between his name and his stack: "Seat 5: HenyH.MNPLTR($41.78 in chips) "

anyway his line looks a lot like 66, possibly A3. if this guy seems not a maniac or a newbie it's a fold for me

K thx guys guess the name's not obvious enough it was meant to be Henry
HH Manipulator would be too obvious
Henry H. Manipulator too long

obv stats help, lol. we can't see if hes Russian, we can't see anything other than his id and stack.

this is the most autosnapfold ever without deep history or an insanely good read.

fira   United States. Jun 10 2014 15:29. Posts 6345

lol i knew something was fishy with the name

seems good vs most players, would be less inclined to do it vs the trappier types who check 3x/66 on flop

Super easy fold considering button range has alot more quads than big blind range. We do not mind folding a ton and call only with the nuts.Villain cannot really exploit us by forcing us out of a split since we will show up often enough with quads here to make his ship -ev.
[Edit] After seeing the real hand history my opinion is that this ship is teribad, villain should have all kinds of suited 3x from the button and maybe some k3 q3 unsuited.

Yeah no he's straightforward besides I can't even remember any times when a trappy type checked stone nuts on flop to bet just 61% turn and 69% river at micros. Do i rly have to see the ratio he needs to be below to make it good? if rly most ppl fold Ax and its not close I don't think I even have to
