Not sure if serious but here goes anyway. Maybe you're looking at the wrong stacks? Player 3 and 5 are sitting with <40bbs each

Player 3 has €12 behind and player 5 about €15 after his flop raise. Easiest shove ever with the 3 way equity you have on the flop. Calling flop and folding turn is a huge mistake imo.
