This doesnt really make much sense....I dont think he folds any hands hes vbetting but who knows

weird hand cause he capped his range pretty much by the ridiculous sizing on flop and river - like he wants to have space to fold.
Still I wouldn't include a hand this weak in my calling range but if he's a weak transparent player and you have a read it might be alright -,-

check flop you have nothing, as played fold flop you are drawing to 3 outs, rest of the hand is just a massive spew, especially river where he shouldn't really be folding any of his value range, since the range of hands u get to the river with is more or less capped.
