Definitly go for thin value here, he could easily call with pocket tens, or an 8, rivered jack. Thinking you are bluffing the river with missed hearts or something because he checked

I got the value right the next hand after. He saw me just calling calling checking behind with top pair decent kicker and tanked his whole bank, then folded to a triple barrel next hand.

4/49 in the meantime.
