Why is that?
He didn't want to be blown away by draws and so he potcontroled and C/C?

I think his hand is just too weak right now and he has close to no backdoor backup. If he gets to showdown unimproved he almost always loses to some 2 pairs or maybe KK.

Unless he is going for some play, he can continue only on very few turns, like say J,A,3,6 maybe. And only the J gives him something decent.

Maybe if the board was like T83, he could also have some chance to turn his JJ into a blocker bluff, but here, he really doesnt have any backup to his JJ.

main problem is preflop , his hand is too weak OOP , and he's like "fuck what I'm doing flop now ? Oo"
c/c flop is obviously awful

Eh you really think preflop is all that bad? Idk exactly how wide joe opens button, but vs some of the people opening like 80% it should be fine. Then again I've been playing a lot of shallow games lately where pairs go up in value a lot.

Hm.. Off-suite socks..
