Flop call is kinda questionable, but his sizing was so I have air on such dry board, plus that guy hates me for some reason

Why on earth would he bet 14 into 17 on a Q24 board. He has 100% cbet on 5 hands, so he could have 9To or 97s no fd here as much as Qx or 77 (I have no idea why would anyone play 77 like this.

tbh I'm kinda readless there, I think he would barrel any equity so fold if he bets again and bet if he checks as default.
