takes years to master imo.
hell i recently had a nice little tilt sesh.
was a little while ago. most of the time i can insta quit after spewing like 1 buyin but just on that rare occasion when things just aren't going well in all areas where i just do a mental lapse and go batshit insane for a period of 30 min.
when i wake up my bankroll has shrunk a bit. |

imo it is more soul crushing when you don't tilt and instead you look at the monitor with sunken eyes at the nonstop coolers and suckouts and feel nothing but a sliver of deep pain close to extinguished by the desert in your heart. |

imo this sounds more of a life-balancing issue and something you should work on away from poker. something like regular exercise//eating healthier//getting good sleep |

I think this is some good advice.
If you arent doing these things, you will prob be easier to annoy then if you do them |
