But i only created the new account since it said the old account is closed ...

At least they replyed instantly within 20 minutes that they will deal with the matter as soon as possible.
So far i am only +93$ for the month which isnt too great either after 1st day + 174$ ...

took them 5h and a couple mails between Cake and Red Star support which i got informed and now my account is reopend again
