So yesterday and today I bought 2x 23 inch wide screen Samsung monitors model PX2370 to improve my workstation.
The colors on these monitors are absolutely stunning but I have one gripe about these monitors. The text isn't quite as sharp as my previous monitor. Been going around some forums on calibration methods but it's all for color. And I'm fine with the color/brightness etc. I just need the text to be a bit sharper.
Anybody have experience in this area or any ideas?
Would be greatly appreciated thanks!

are you using dvi or hdmi?
FOR WHAT EVER REASON HDMI MAKES MY SCREENS ALL FUZZY.
dvi works better for me and alot of my friend's as well. i don't know why though :< |

shit, ya. I am using hdmi. I keep comparing the 2 screens. exact same monitors but picture quality seems to be a bit different. wierd. |

MNJ i think you saved me hrs of pain trying to solve the blur thx yo.
swapping the cords instantly solved it ;o.
even the colors were a bit off on the HDMI cable.
it's some bullshit fo sho. |

Isn't there some free microsoft program that allows you to adjust text for your eyes? I think it microsoft clear type. |

ATIs drivers does some retared downscaling shit on the HDMI signal by default. Then your monitor upscales it again to fill the screen. So it's kinda like not running native res even though you are. Can't remember where i disabled that stuff exactly, it's in the control panel somewhere though. Google it  |

Daemonicus: I already ran clear text like 3 times for both monitors. The dvi input is very similar to HDMI anyway. Gonna just stick with this i guess. The picture quality is really quite stunning as I've never really used a monitor this good before.
