In December I sent stars a raged email about some collusion in a DON that I happened to catch at the end of my session.
"Zhangshuen and yanwei are colluding in $10.40 double or nothings. Check
tournament ID: 221071541 on the bubble,
zhangshuen folds purposely to save yanwei on the bubble, and they are both
from the same location. I am about 99.9%
sure this is collusion since zhangshuen is a competent player and knows
what he is doing. Please check the hand
histories and other games for cheating of this sort."

Anyway, yesterday, along with SC2's release, I got this bit of run good

Hello David,

First allow me to apologize for the delay in responding to your report.
PokerStars clearly acknowledges that our investigation team has not
performed up to its own standard of excellence in handling this case. In
saying that, the accounts you reported were indeed frozen in a very timely
manner and as such no further harm to honest players was possible.

We have concluded that the play of 'yanwei' and 'zhangshuen' violated the
integrity of our games. They have been informed that they are no longer
welcome to play on our site. In addition they were disqualified from events
in which their unfair play affected the outcome. Players who advanced as a
result have been compensated appropriately.

You were involved in several tournaments with these players. For
tournaments where you would advance "in the money" if a player you reported
was disqualified above you, you have been credited with $20.00. If,
however, disqualifying players did not result in you advancing "in the
money", you have been credited with a refund for that tournament of $10.40.
The total amount credited to your account is $195.20.

The integrity of the games at PokerStars is of paramount importance to us
and we will not abide unfair play in our games. We work hard to police our
games to assure our players of a fair, secure place to play. In the rare
cases where violations of our Terms of Service have occurred we make sure
that any players affected are compensated appropriately.

Please accept our thanks for your timely report and continued play here on
PokerStars. Please do not hesitate to let us know any time we can be of
help.

Regards,

Nathan J

Definitely, they always help me out. Now I just need to get my share of the $500,000+ they were sending back to the people from the Chinese collusion ring lol. I prob won't even get more than $200ish, but just sucks waiting.

Can't really complain. I've made nearly $10,000 off of double or nothings despite the collusion, and every week or so I get a few random $20 and $30 credits from collusion in the past lol.

LOL was thinking the same thing actually
For a few months, I literally 50 tabled DONs for like 5 hours+ a day, so kinda makes sense I get a lot of random admin credits all the time lol.
