as long as you dont cripple your roll with an 100nl shot, pretty much zero harm can come from it.

Give it a shot. I would advise only playing 2-3 tables at first to get a feel for the limit. If you drop down to 2500 or just don't feel comfortable with 100NL, you can always move back down to NL50 and re-evaluate. gl to you

I agree your obviously running hot as well as crushing. So taking shots at bigger levels when running good is a great way to boost your br as well. Make sure you stick to stop/loss and your roll will be safe glgl

For clarity, I agree with him. Just take agressive shots and move back down if you go down to $2500 or w/e.

btw if you are not using poker money to support yourself, i think you should be taking aggressive shots

I would really advise against super agressive shots especially if you havent played alot on your current stake. Really if you run bad and have to move down and loose some extra your confidence is gonna get crippled. And you are making a big mistake if you are only having an upswing and are not really capable of beating the limit.

Really grinding out 50NL for another 20-40k hand, is gonna make your game alot more psychologically stable and winning strongly at a limit is much more motivating then struggling at a higher limit, even if you make some more money per hour, it is gonna be emotionally stressful and your motivation is gonna go down, which leads to less hours played overall, which leads to less profit.

If you are rolled for it go ahead, you can run good and move up much quicker. Also I dont think there is a big difference between nl50 and nl100 skill wise.
