One of my goals for the year was to blog at least monthly to be accountable for everything that happens.

And yeah...January was horrible.

RESULTS:
Online cash games:19542 hands, -$1,448.35
Online MTTs:1 final table, 1 win, +$1,998.94
Online SNGs:19 played, -$74.50
Live poker:DNP
Sports betting:4-8-0, -$13,952

Overall net:-$13,475.91

Have finally realized my sports betting is a problem and I'm actually going to GA for it (insert LOLs here). Haven't played poker since Jan. 14th. Will probably be starting that back up tonight. Need to stick to what I'm good at and stop trying to get rich quick through sports betting. :/

Made me think of that Norwegian guy, a son of a Priest I think, his mother thought he was doing business or a company and was struggling, and he would always ask for more loans and help, after his mother used all her cash, she started borrowing from friends and family. And after 3 years, when his dad found out his mom had been doing it, because they were bankrupt, he had lost I think it was 56million kroner, which is around 8 million dollars. He had been living in a hotell somewhere for 3 years just living on room service, when he was broke, he had lived in a street alley before they found him.

His dad lost his job too because of this, and I think both of them had to go to prison, and so did the son.

Now I think his dad wrote a book about forgiveness and it's made a killing.
