How is winning with strong hands being a bully?

bye now

this is the type of play that tilts me so hard. checking flop on first, checking turn on second and then calling the river.

TILT

this is nothing special....first hand the guy limp called 7x the bb from utg with J4s lol....he WANTED to get stacked....hand 2 u just got a good hand against a good hand and ur hand held....if ur up against a fd in that hand and it hits on the river ur prolly getting stacked lol...i dont like the way u played either.....

i agree with vivi57 above

nice read :D

both this villains were running over the table raising, reraising and shoving everywhere
almost never folding and betting 100% of their ranges when checked to then
might be fancy play syndrome tho

for christ sake
villain is a bully, a flushdraw is part of his range but I know he is NEVER gonna give me credit for ANYTHING on that flop and is gonna float me with 100% of his range
checking turn is so good against him cause it looks like I cbet/give up cause I don't have and A
I was 100% sure he was gonna overbet river if I checked turn, no matter the card that would hit the river if he didn't shove I would shove over his overbet

edit: my hand held? his hands was actually better pf... and how can his hand be ever considered a good hand on that board? LOL

honestly we don't know the reads you had nor what the flow of the game was, and as such you may be right, however i feel in common situations the way you played that hand wouldn't be what i consider optimal.

and i was suggesting you raise that river but i didn't realize he all-ined

yeah, in normal situations this plays are not good at all
but like I said, given the reads I had I think I played well

well, were you expecting them to fold had you played it differently? These villains werent really bluffing in their eyes, in reality they were just playing badly. Basically what you did was most likely totally unnecessary to win their money.

hand 1 I dunno, probably a stack off anyway but I couldn't know how strong was his hand... by the was he was playing he could be double barring with total air so I thought that was the best was to play the hand
hand 2 villain was so so so bully that I'm absolut sure I wouldn't stack him off if I had played the hand any differently
