I lose everything on sundays ...
all flips
all all ins where i am ahead
no one of my draws ever hit
villian draws alwas hit ...
well last week on sunday where i lost 400$
i said that i wont play anymore on sundays ...
today i still started a session since i cant play on monday ...
always same shit
seriously i am on monster tilt atm...

taking another break now since i start to play bad due to being tired.

This may or may not be of help, but i'll post it anyways.
1. Since you have a history of running bad on sundays you probably tilt easier and feel like you run worse than you actually do. So don't play the next couple of sundays.
2. Perhaps you're not adjusting accordingly to the weekend fish and playing your normal game which will be spewy vs. alot of the.m Cbetting too much, opening a range too wide oop vs. them, just playing too aggressive vs. them in general.

well most of the money i lose is just preflop
losing AA < KK , QQ <JJ KK < AK and all that stuff
rest of the moeny i lose is i put in money on flop with a good hand and both turn and river bring the wirst cards possible ....
