i guess i agree with this entirely, you definitely shouldnt have bonuses as your main focus so if you go ahead and get whatever you can get right now, it will be out of sight out of mind and its back to playing good poker
since if you are like "well i only have xxxxx to go until nova, zomg! BONUS zomg!'" even if its just subconscious, it cant be good.
