I forgot to take a dump today. I usually do it every morning. I guess I just forgot and didn't really need to. Any advice? |

Some ppl have bowel movements once ever 2-3 days depending on what your cycle is. If you go everyday, and feel constipated kidney beans are an awesome for for that since they contain a lot of fibre. 400 grams of beans is about 20 grams of fibre or you can buy mixed berries which are great for that as well. My favourite is all bran, it has 10-12 grams of fibre per 110 calories, doesn't get better than that ratio wise. |

if you just eat purely pasta and mince without any vegetables, but then have a multi vitamin tablet and fish oil capsules, are u going to be as healthy as having a typical "healthy" diet? (i dont mean weight gain wise or anything, just whether ur getting necessary nutrients) |
