I took a 2-3 day break and played zero poker to refresh my mind and my confidence was completely shattered until today.
Ive set new rules:
1. no playing when down over 2 buyins.
2. no playing when tired/hungry.
3. Dont tilt, when on tilt tell friend to change pw.

2. for sure
3. if you must, do it.
1. not sure about, b/c if you genuinely think you are playing well and your head is screwed on straight, there is no reason to stop playing.

don't do it man. Let no one know your password even if he's trustworthy. If anything happens to your bankroll you don't want to let distrust and paranoia breed in your head as you rock back and forth in a dark corner in your calven kleins. You're just inviting a world of trouble by letting him know.
I mean use basic risk vs reward principle analysis, its not even close |

never ever ever ever tell ANYONE your password! That is like telling your friend your PIN for your credit card! |
