marijuana is one of those things that the whole planet knows isnt bad, but due to the nature of government and the amount of people employed by the DEA i wouldn't expect the feds to have any hand in cutting their own jobs.

I am looking for scholarly journals on marijuana eradication and the positive effects it has on curbing marijuana distribution. Eradication as defined by dictionary.com
