Well the problem with Sit&Goes and Cash is the huge difference in later stages of the tourney when the blinds get high and less players are on the board.

You have to play completely differently than on cash tables, so if cash games are your priority I would switch to lower stakes and work on my river play that way. At least that was my experience, I came from Sit&go tourneys, was in top2 50% of the time and got pawned on cash tables with simmilar strategy.

Not quite sure I understand your first part here. Are you saying I should be raising AK no less than 5bb or are you saying I should be raising no more than 5bb? Also, at these low limits, is 3betting with AK wise, or is it better to flat call 4-5bb? Appreciate the advice. I do need to work on it. I also do feel it has alot to do with my confidence. I have noticed, that when I was up to 20 buy ins or so, I got over-confident, and start calling some hands. Perhaps too eager to make my way to NL25. I guess I need to win consistiently and not end up calling marginal hands that are not clear winners?
