and there is infact a couple pages on this chapter called "DON'T MANUFACTURE A WINNING STREAK. -- A LONG, CONTRIVED WINNING STREAK CAN BE EXPENSIVE."

you should be wary of quitting too quickly when you're ahead or staying too long when you're behind if you find this to be happening?

what he says is a good tipp.
However i think i dont have that problem anymore.

I had it like 1 year ago.
I was always booking 1-2 buy in winning sessions or 5 buy in loosing sessions ^^

But i learned from this

I quit when i feel that its probably the best option to quit
nowadays my winning sessions are 1-7 buy ins and my losing sessions about the same (probably a bit bigger in my recent downswing)^^

I used to see you playing hu on iPoker. What happened to you ?

Yeha i played some NL200 and lots of NL100 HU on Ipoker ( i also played like 30-100 hands NL50 on Ipoker maybe)
Also played like 14K hands of NL100 on stars
What happend.

I came of a nice + 2K winnings Augsut starting into the next month with great confidence
Then i started losing and losing and losing and moved down and still lost and moved down again and lost and lost and lost almost every day for ~ 2 1/2 month
Sickest downswing i ever experienced in my poker carrer. run like 50 buy ins below expectation in 40K hands.
Got soulcrushed all day.

Finally it came to the point were i decided i cant play on Ipoker anymore.
It just killed me emotional and affected my RL in a way that i cant allow !

so i decided to restart at Pokerstars from Nl10 this month.
Started with 20BI for NL10.
atm i am 6xNL25 BI away from entering NL50.

Overall pretty sad story and i probably need like 2-3 months at NL50 and Nl100 to recover my losses
