I'm running 5bb/100 atm (2.5ptbb). Could this be a lot higher?

it seems your pfr is a little high, so perhaps your raising on the button a ton and your cbets fail

Try cbetting only against tight people to induce a fold a lot of the time.
When I first jumped into NL25 I cbet a lot and spewed like crazy cause I thought the game was significantly better than NL10 or something, but it's just fish with more money.
I think you should play 6max since you'll have to make the shift eventually and it's probably better to switch now where there's plenty of fish still.
I used to be a FR player but I haven't gone back ever since, it forces you to play too tight IMO.
I think 5bb/100 is a "good" winning rate, but since it's microstakes I would try and aim a little higher.

The only hands a nit balances in his range are the nuts, the second nuts, and the third nuts.
