Why do I always sabotage myself?

It seems like I always sabotage myself. In poker, I look at what I'm doing and know I am making a huge error. I go ahead and do it against my judgement. I usually lose in this situation.

I do the same thing in real life pretty frequently as well.

I don't know what this comes from? Low self-confidence? Too easy to tilt? Dunno.

Just felt like posting that after I literally busted MYSELF out of a tournament I was very deep in.

trust your gut.
if you feel you're beat, lay your hand down

It has to do with simply not seeing yourself as a winner. It's deeply rooted in your psichology.

It's like, seeing you're doing good, and then thinking something like "wow! what's this?! this is not me! it can't be." and then you fuck yourself over.

If you're interested in getting rid of this and other negative patterns of behavior, take a look at the Tutorial of 'The Zpoint process' here:
http://www.zpointprocess.com/intro1.html

If you like the tutorial, drop me a PM and I can upload stuff for you, coz I'm a member of that site.

Have an opinion about what I said? please say it

This is especially true. I am not trusting my more advanced thought processes yet, or trusting my adjustments later in a hand and I end up going against them.

Thanks for the rest of the good words/advice. I will look at your "zpoint" thing, but I am not really one for such things..

Pshhh not quitting poker
