dude i wouldnt buy an iphone 2nd hand, when the first version came out, i found a guy selling it for like a hundred less then retail, so i met up with him and bought it, it was new in the box and came with a receipt.. so i was like, cool ill take it.. i ship him the 500$ or w/e, then my phone bill comes back for 650$ that month, and im like wtf mate? and apple is like, uhh yea that phone was purchased with a stolen credit card, and since u have it, were charging you for it... |

I'm only willing to buy the brand new ones thats still in wrap milkman. I think the 3rd gen ones, after you've activated the phone, if its stolen or lost, you can call your carrier to have the phone deactivated/unusable I think. So it should be ok? |
