imo fitch is a type of grinder that champions' nightmares are made of, i guess gsp doesnt have any. he just destroyed him and left no doubt. i have a huge mancrush on gsp now. lesnar did crush mir in the last fight and just got overly excited and made a beginners mistake, i think he will keep improving coz he looks pretty competitive and has the qualities of a great athlete obv.

damn that main event fight was exciting, notice Joe Rogan barely talked during the fight he was so into it lol

i would absolutely love to see bj fight fitch
bj vs gsp will be awesome too obviously but man gsp is just so unreal

lesnar is a beast. i didnt like heaths decision to throw some kicks early, by the time he got to the later rounds he was just way too battered to put up a fight. lesnar certainly could give nog a ton of trouble but i think if nog can pull guard on him and avoid taking huge huge shots he could catch a sub

the gsp/fitch main event was very exciting to watch and showed that gsp really is a full complete fighter. You have to give it to fitch for having a solid chin. He took so many shots from gsp including a spinning backfist and the right hand bomb that knocked his mouthpiece out. Most other fighters would've gone to sleep imo. BJ challenged gsp at the end but gsp didn't give any answer, if they fight are they fighting for the belt?

Lesnar coming out in the first round with a surprize flying knee or w/e it was made me laugh so hard. He showed his power by smashing Herring with that right hand bomb that made him do a back somesault to the cage wall. The whole bar was like "whooaaaaaaa, ooooooooooo!" when that happened and they kept showing it on the slow mo. Only thing that irked me was with 10 seconds left Lesnar turned on a little WWE and started celebrating early and a small taunt towards Herring. Show some class man.

Rest of the card was good esp the macdonald/maia ground game exchange.

Anyone confirm that Fitch got his tooth knocked out? I don't believe it. The replays after the round looked like a mouth guard to me.

Also I browse sherdog forums from time to time and I don't see any nuthugging threads about GSP knocking out Fitch's tooth.

Lesnar came out realy aggressive and entertaining but in the later stages he just sat on him and secured his victory. I wanted to see more of a Fedor dynamic with a fury of strikes and non stop aggression.
GSP vs Fitch was a excellent match.

overall UFC 87 was really entertaining.

really disappointed i couldn't see this event, in vegas for a friends wedding
nice to see maia winning though :D

It's possible, in a few years, at this point I see him too inexperience to avoid the subs of Nog. Give him a few fights and another two years or so in training and who knows.
