everyone has their own shit they do to get prepared. poker, like baseball, is 90% mental. executing is easy, knowing what/how/when/why to execute something is the hard part...

lol guys I have plenty of time to listen to w/e I want when I'm not playin poker. I like all the artists posted (never heard of album leaf before but I like that video too).

I'm listening to these subliminal message tapes because they'e supposed to be really beneficial and really drive positive messages into my subconscious mind. Since I spend many hours a day playing poker and I aim be as efficient as I can with my time, I figured listening to these tapes while playing is a good way to integrate them into my life. I'm just trying to find more of this type of material.

Like I said, I'm NOT looking for things like that crap video and I thought my "(but i'll listen to it once in a while just in case )" line made it clear I don't feel too strongly about it.

That could be a good thing though. If you listen to music you like a lot, especially if you're good at bboying and like it, then wouldn't listening to that type of music put you in a good mood? Idk about you but I play a lot better when I'm in a good mood.

Oh yeah and Pandora is better than Launch. Just type in a band or song you like from the type of genre you are looking for and it'll create an infinite playlist of similar songs.
