im still running bad, and im approaching a -10BI swing, which im told is roughly the most one should experience for FR if theyre playing well and just running bad. i dont rly care im running bad too much, other than losing sucks. i realized a few things i can work on adding into my game today, which i do not believe i wouldve seen had i not been running bad. here are my stats and an accompanying graph since i began NL200 again:

the graphs dont really show it, but ever since i moved up, i have been getting coolered left and right. fortunately for me ive also been able to win enough to sustain the amount ive been getting coolered, and manage to only be down a total of ~1k.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/458152 - stnd
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/458153 - i shouldve raised preflop, but i flop bottom set and decide to get it in because i think his range is wider than hands that beat me and hes also short.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/458154 - this is probly bad
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/458156 - stnd
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/458159 - i figured his range was pretty wide here for flatting the flop because he knows im cbetting this board with anything, so i figured id 2 barrel to try and put him off his pair thats not AA, but then i cannot rly do anything on that river since i no longer beat anything and he probly calls...any better way to play these spots?
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/458161 - same situation essentially as before
below are some hands from yesterday i didnt put in my blog:
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/457677 - obv
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/457681
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/457684 - i think his range is wider than flushes, and i think he could show up a lot w draws here, but i probly played it a little fast given his actions
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/457685 - i think my hand was very underrepped on river so i raised...
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/457686 - was a stupid call by me, and i probly shouldnt have 3b in the first place, once i 3b i figured i should probly be calling
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/457687 - stnd, wouldve folded to a raise
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/457688 - seems about right
fortunately im not too discouraged and im probly going to grind a few more thousand hands tonite and tomrorow and continue the grind for the week. and i dont have to move down yet thankfully. any help or advice on those hands is greatly appreciated

I'm not a midstakes player or anything, but on 457686, why the hell are you 3b this guy? especially fullring. hope your downswing turns around though. |

Try nitting it up, I did pretty good with 9/6 stats at NL50. Works for me still on NL100.
