so uhh... we have a squirrel trapped in our roof.. i guess there was a hole in the roof, it climbed in, and the landlord fixed the hole.. now its freakin out up there.. lol wtf? !!!

yea i'd get that shit out. imagine all the maggots and eventual flies you'll have in your room. not to mention random things trying to go and eat the decaying corpse.
I'm very curious to how it tastes tho...I'd probably boil the meat to soften it then maybe stir fry it adding minced garlic, soy sauce, kiwi sauce (for additional tenderization because the meat will be very stringy with lots of ligaments and muscles probably), a bit of brown sugar, and sesame seed oil.
Add in some onions and mushrooms and i think we have a complete meal. I'd probably enjoy this with a Widmer heff beer and rice. |
