My money has been stuck in a neteller cashout(wtf) for almost a week but I finally got it yesterday so I have been playing alot. God Im such a poker addict, after just one week I was really fucking dying to play. I also feel like this break might have helped me in alot of ways. I have gotten some hunger to play which is sweet, I also feel more motivated than ever to just grindgrindgrind.
Due to this Ive been playing 6-max again, its been a while since I did cause I did poorly and just hated it the last few sessions I played. Anyways, so far so good, the competition is weak, I really enjoy playing it again and I think Im playing well.
Being in a grinding mindset Ive decided to aim for 2k hands a day. This would put me at about 50k hands for the month which is the minimum amount of hands I want to get in. This might sound like very little to some of you but considering I very rarely play more than 4 tables and I have school aswell it will keep me busy.
neways, results for April so far:
Last but not least I wanna recommend a movie. I saw the trailer for this one when I was in New York City last year but couldnt remember the name. I finally found it. Heres the trailer:
Basicly, the movie revolves around youth culture, music and the anti war movement during the sixties. All of this acompanied by remade songs by the Beatles performed in a musical kind of way. Now I generally hate musicals and Im allergic to "artsy" movies and this definitely fits into that category. Being a life long beatles fan I was also kinda afaid that they would butcher a ton of my favorite songs.
However, this movie really pulls it off. Most of the songs are really well performed("let it be" and "happiness is a warm gun" WOW!) And it doesnt feel near as pretentious as It could have.
Hard to fail when making a movie arround songs from the best band ever huh?
