nobody should actually read this, but maybe if they do, they can give me some brief advice on how not to donk off all of my money when i have big hole cards.

ive linked the vast majority of losing hands from the day, i guess it gets kind of ugly near the bottom when i bluff two hands for an entire stack. ugh

and then theres a few winners and even a royal flush at the bottom

maybe its therapeutic for me to look at all these hands and just get it over with and move on. i think its been a rough 5000 hands today.

Looks like you are playing well, trust me once you get a heater, you'll be at NL10 in no time.

stop overbetting unecessarily, pot flop shove any turn if they dont have anything left for the river. most of these are coolers but your overbets fold out hands you beat and you only get action from hands that beat you which is pretty bad long term.

Didn't see all of them but these can't be the reason why, as you mentioned, you're barely breaking even after 40K+ hands (unless you killed a turtle. Did you kill a turtle? Baaaaaaad karma there). Maybe posting your stats would help more. There must be something in your overall style of play that's killing you, like being too tight/too loose PF or whatever.

I believe you should reraise AQs preflop out of position, generally all good hands when you are oop... and yes: do not overbet the pot!
