i first discovered i was awesome when i was 8 and my parents let me win vs them at chess. then some dork showed me magic gathering and i was like 'thats sweet, lets make out'. a bunch of other boring shit happened then a few years later i was nitting up the pre-uigea party games and killing all the fish with my l33t 14/9/3 6max style. i built up a bunch of money then uigea hit and i went busto cause i blow at cashgames but luckily had a bunch of donkament scores which make me the great player i am today. During this time though, I met John Anhalt who asked me for buttsex. I decided to get involved. I recently moved out to Newport Beach, and I'm now colluding in shorthanded mid/highstakes games professionally.

Totally uncalled for. In your interview you made a point about humility which stuck with me. I expected better. Just because you don't like a guy doesn't mean you need to put him down, especially when he's achieving far more than most.

tbh you are seeing the tip of the iceberg of what isn't even an iceberg but you think it is - not saying you are wrong to have your opinion but like with a disgusting amount of things especially in poker, you can be right/do the right thing but for the wrong reasons and/or without knowing why you're right/doing the right thing

Ket among other things in this thread right now did a smart parody of something that actually happened specifically with rnbsalsa, not a wild stab at the dark out of lack of humility. I personally find myself actually a bit angry at Ket sometimes for being too humble.

If someone gets off on the attention recieved from helping people then more power to them. Hell, I do that for bw. Most the reason I spend so much time helping noobs improve their play is because it gives me a chance to bathe in their awe.
The majority of the blogs on lp are either bragging about wins or complaining about beats and I see no reason for Ket to single this one out (other than the fact he simply doesn't like the author). The actual content is pretty standard. Everybody on lp knows how good Ket is without him needing to make the point. If he doesn't like the guy, fine, he shouldn't read his blog. Going into his blog for the sole purpose of insulting him, despite the fact rnbsalsa is an unusually successful poker player just strikes me as wrong.
