Just pulled one of my longest sessions in about a year or more, little over 12hours(yes I know some of you do 36hours, well fuck you, I can't do that). Started out running pretty decent, real passive tables on NL5 that just let me run right over them with nothing. Pulled about 6-7BI in 3hours there, and decided to try making a move up to NL10 again. Started off on a heater just getting cards, making great call downs and bluffs. Up about 3BI in under an hour, then Lee hit the doom switch, sets into over sets, flush into fulls. Lost about 5BI to bad luck, then another 3bi because I was too scared to pull the trigger and get raped by draw chasers. Took a short break and managed to bring it back up to even, with a small profit.

I don't think too long session are +EV, 12hrs is def very long and sometimes you get tired and can't think properly, unless of course you did meth every 4-5hrs. I'd def take breaks after every 2-3hrs for something like 20-30min at least. That what I do now and it helps greatly but of course tilt sometime prevent you from quitting which sucks. |

im pretty sure my concentration and play just go right down the toilet after 2 or 3 hours
its a nice ability to be able to focus that long if you can i guess |

play 3 hours -> make 1 hour break
play 3 hours -> 1 hour break
play 3 hours -> 1 hour break
play 3 hours -> end session
this is way more effective than playing 12 h straight |

Bathroom breaks consisted of me hitting "time" and running for dear life ^ ^
New plan, more tables, less hours. Will give results on how this plan works later. |
