Turns out I'm hopelessly useless at poker. I don't know what to do. Once again the "welcome rig" gave me a nice boost to 600dollar BR at nl20, but the last 2 days I've been sucked out on like nobodys business. I've been killed in big big pots by 2 outers no less than 7 times. Seven f-ing times. This has sent me tilting so I've lost even more money.

Today I woke up and felt good, I was fresh from a nice 10 hours of sleep and I thought I'd get a session in before breakfast.
Started out the same way as the last two days. I hit nothing with my big hands, 9 out of 10 of my cbets gets shoved on. I get called down by 3rd pair. Whenever I raise preflop I get called by the button and he just shits on my cbets every single time. I can't handle it, I've got no clue what to do in those spots. I became gun shy and stopped raising hands preflop which ofcourse got me in deeper shit. Then this happened, just to piss me off even more.

I just said fuck it, I'm gonna gamble it up. If I double up I'm just gonna cash out, get myself an iPhone and never look back.
Said and done, 1.5/3 NL was where I ended up. With no intention but to see alot of flops and gamble like the degen I really am.
I should've figured that I was doomed and yea well. I'm bust.

Sorry to hear but once you realise you're tilting you have to learn to STOP.

Everyone cops beats, its just variance and yes its annoying and what not but the faster you learn to exercise self control the sooner you'll become a steadily winning player...
Try to always analyze your hands after each session regardless if you won or lost and see if it's played the most optimal way regardless of results. When I use the word analyze i am referring to bet sizes, lines that you took, getting value out of ranges etc etc.

Also note that I'm not berating you but just giving you some advice so good luck
