Here at my statistics for last 2000 hands

Hold'em (Real Money):

1877 hands played and saw flop:
- 211 times out of 355 while in small blind (59%)
- 236 times out of 354 while in big blind (67%)
- 402 times out of 1168 in other positions (34%)
- a total of 849 times out of 1877 (45%)

Pots won at showdown - 155 out of 291 (53%)
Pots won without showdown - 182

7 Card Stud Hi/Lo (Real Money):

123 hands played:
- saw fourth street 57 times (46%)
- saw fifth street 46 times (37%)
- saw sixth street 33 times (27%)
- reached showdown 22 times (18%)

Pots won at showdown - 17 out of 22 (77%)
Pots won without showdown - 16

Looks like you are seeing too many flops, and not winning enough pots that don't go to showdown (ie playing too passively).

You should download pokertracker btw, even if the unregistered version can only hold 1000 hands or so. Or! You could download Holdem manager, which is in beta: http://www.holdemmanager.net/

These stats really are too undetailed to say much, except that yeah, you're playing half your hands which is not good

if you're playing at full ring this should be less than 15% preferably

full ring
