September 1st, lost $1436.90 spread between 100 and 200NL in 2.6k hands
September 10th, lost $1236.40 in 2.2k hands of 100NL
Today, stuck $1469.95 in 600 hands of 200NL
...I'd like to think I'm running bad, but I dont even know anymore. I'm stuck about 1k for the month. Just seems like every time I dig myself out, shit hits the fan again...hard.

i'm trying to stop the pattern; it hasn't hurt my results much tho |

I have exatcly the same thing. Once every 10 or so sessions I lose about half the winnings. Just concentrate not to spew, not to tilt,etc... Afterwards I usually notice that i could end that session with -4BI not -6BI or whatever and that at least some of those situations were possible to avoid. |

i have lost half of my br playing my A game, and now i think my A game is not winning game already. So just keep playing and everything will be fine, or not like in my case  |

I had the same thing happen at NL10 (lol) i'm taking a long break and really thinking about how to play poker in the best possible way... I've found reviewing my hands and thinking deeply about opponent hand ranges on every street has been helping... but dunno if you are already past that level xD |
