The second time I've ever played live poker lol, I believe the others play regularly. I just went along for shits and giggles.
Got into a weird spot, tell me what you think:
blinds are 25c/50c, buy in is $25
button: (about $50)
Jack: ($20)
me: ($19)
silver: ($32)
jack posts sb
I post bb
dealt to me: QKo
silver: folds
button: calls 0.50
jack: calls 0.25
I check
flop: Q 9 T rainbow (pot $1.50)
jack raises $2
I raise to $6
button thinks for a while, then min raises to $12
jack: folds
Me: ? (I have $13.50 left)
button and jack have been monkeying around a bit, but button hasn't been out of line in any big pots.
He did show down (and won) with a random pair of 4s earlier, but that may have just been a sick read.
as for online, doing ok, short session this evening since I'm supposed to be studying for a test that's tomorrow morning >.>
During current Hold'em session you were dealt 352 hands and saw flop:
- 50 out of 77 times while in big blind (64%)
- 28 out of 77 times while in small blind (36%)
- 37 out of 198 times in other positions (18%)
- a total of 115 out of 352 (32%)
Pots won at showdown - 16 of 33 (48%)
Pots won without showdown - 52
total won: $8
It's weird how I've made the most money overall online on Wednesday nights, you'd think it would be the weekends when all the fish are out...

if poker is dangerous to them i would rank sports betting as a Kodiak grizzly bear who smells blood after you just threw a javelin into his cub - RaiNKhAN | |

I think its close because you have so much in already, but I would take the low variance route and fold :3 its multi way, you've shown strength already, and he MIN raises, he wants you to stay in the hand...
you are a nit preflop but are you a big enough nit post flop? search for Nazgul's and thorladen's hand advice
oh yeah, and general rule is "don't go broke in unraised pots" |

hmm.. I would say you are about 40% to win the hands given an ordinary range here, Including some random bluff frequency...
AA,TT-99,Q9s,Q5s,J8s,T9s,Q9o,Q5o,J8o,T9o would be my guess...
you have to pay $13.50 to win $23.... which is 58% of pot to pay for a 40% shot... close. |

btw this is an instafold after your friend who open limped raises
and i would flat the flop given its limped and stack sizes
u dont limp KQ and stack off on a board like that for 100bbs |
