damn I associated your posts to allin4tw because he was the last one who commented and I didn't know it was actually yours. Anyways, I don't know if this is the proper place to air your grievances about the error that occurred. We have a website support forum where you can provide us with lots of details and help us insure that no other families are affected by this bug
