Commentary:

My run at 50NL was short-lived.

I'm now hovering at the 1K mark, and I've decided to drop limits. Although I told myself I wouldn't give up until I hit $750, I felt I was just spewing money away.

twotimesopt gave me some BR advice that I'm going to stick with, and it's this: if I ever start a session with 20 BI's, play 50NL. If I have less than 20 BI's, stick with 25NL. So expect to see me roller-coastering between 25/50NL over the next few weeks.

Over the past month I've lost a little bit of focus: hardly posting here, not updating my blog, playing only 3.5k hands. Poker has taken a backseat to some RL distractions that have recently come up; least of which is my desktop taking a shit on me, so I'm forced to 4-table (sans PT/HUD) on a weak-ass laptop. But life is starting to level out again, and I'm going to make a serious effort to keep focused on my goals for the month, which are:

1. Play 10k+ hands.
2. Make a video, pay to get it analyzed.
3. Become a 50NL regular.

just a hint, its fine to cbet this flop a large % of the time, but once he calls your flop bet just give up even tho it looks like the jack might be a good card to double barrel he isnt probably folding poket pairs or a pair and probably not a fl draw either.. n1 erling

fold preflop but in this spot, flat call the flop in position and reevaluate the turn usually... if u think u are ahead, why not call?

btw, try to nit it up more when u move up

it might help u get confidence.. 21/x is a little too loose if u dont know how most regulars play and how they percieve u etc..

i will let u sweat me on the lp ventrilo server sometime if u can get a microphone.. ill 4 table nl50 and u can watch my screen

im not sure i think he is just having fun at those limits.. most of the time he's just donking around

aparently he plays 200nl elsewhere so maybe he just plays there when he is tilting
