still not enough, orig raiser was deepstacked and there was a caller so you should raise to atleast 18$ imo, cause that small reraise is not folding out any hands

ok i missed the bet by a few dollars, but the preflop play really isn't the point here

i wouldnt try to semi-bluff someone who minraise then minreraise preflop.. in this case he had nothing but most of the time they wont fold to any amount of money

I sometimes fold AA preflop to balance my rangeLast edit: 28/05/2007 15:15

just admit it

this guy had your hand read stone cold

he put in 2.5 buyins.. 1 of which was with AQ high

he was milking his 6% edge on the flop trying to get the rest in on a blank turn obv

i think u missplayed this hand on every street... :/

Preflop: OOP reraise with KQs against an early position raiser itself is very questionable, i dont quite like it unless he is raising very often. And even when i take it that u decided to raise, ur raising amount is suicidal. Given that there is a cold-caller I would make it about 18 and that is if it was 1 buyin deep. When we are this deep i go for a 20+ raise, 20-22 seems solid to me.

Flop: After he reraised u back preflop u should probably undestand that u are behind his range, i think AQ is like the worst possible holding for him and u can easily be against AA/KK. I would go check/call flop probably and check/fold turn without flush odds if he kept betting.

I also dont quite understand your opponents play, it seems like he is either extra good or extra bad, the 2nd option being much more likely (minreraise pf, etc.), but that only adds up to the fact, that u played the hand poorly, cuz if u knew ur opponent is a huge tard who cant fold hands, then semibluffing really isnt the best option.

there is a light at the end of the tunnel... (but sometimes the tunnel is long and deep as hell)
