The last three days were shitty. It just seems like I can never keep my cool at 100NL for whatever reason. On 50, I'm fine. A lot of the times I just shrug it off. Not sure why at 100, I just go piss spew after a couple suck outs. Anyways, the last three days is best described by this graph
Combine this with my earlier entry, you can see that May could've potentially been a very good month. Buttttt its not. I think I'll end the month up about $650 or so.
I'm really starting to wonder if I've reached my plateau as far as capabilities go though. Its starting to seem less and less likely that I'm being fucked over by anything besides my inability to beat 100NL.
As far as superstitions go, the last Saturday of the last two months (April and May) have both been atrocious. I'm down combined 18 buyins for the two days. Maybe I wont play next time they have the monthly $100k.
Lastly, this month has been my biggest VPP/FPP month by far. Racked up 21047 VPPs, which is a lot to me considering I mainly 4 or 5 tabled during the last half of the month. Currently standing at close to 86k VPPs for the year, so I'll be at supernova maybe end of June, early July, thereabouts. After that, all FPPs go towards this.

You seem a very good player but inmho you have tilt issues, you go alling pre to much or flip a lot of coins thats why your high variance style, i think your a much better player than me, but sometimes youre overly aggresive again i know i shoulnt be criticizing your play since you play 2 levels up than me is just something i noticed in your hands.
GL in the future and i hope you can run better and you can teach me to beat nl100  |

Ugh, Sucky run, dude, but don't give up. Keep at and keep improving and soon enough you'll be killing 100NL. I know how you feel though, I've been getting destroyed at 100NL pretty bad myself.

Or you could be less dumb about your use of FPP's. 10 Player 5400 FPP Turbo Satellte To Sunday 4 Seats and selling seats is a way better use than some cash reward bonus. YOu can make like 3x what those bonuses give you Ez. |

you don't suck, you've just lost confidence based on the results you're having. I know you can beat NL100 because I've seen you play/played with you for sometime including 50NL which isn't any harder than NL100. I'd say take a break or do something else for a day or two and remember that you have your edge because you stay disciplined longer than the fish and once you lose your discipline then you're edge decreases drastically. No worries you'll be fine in time. |
