I realized most of my loses are from playing back at tight regulars which usually leads to winning several small pots and losing one huge. Maybe thats your problem too. Try some 18/14 for a while.
Oh BTW
Dont take a break from poker on sunday, its not profitable.

wow your top 5 winners has some ugly hands.
pushing with a straight draw and hitting doesn't make it a good play. Especially against short stacks at 25nl who don't fold! So forget about fold equity concepts and play solid poker.
reraising preflop with A4 suited will lose you tons of money in the long run.
well i didn't really see one hand that I liked. You need to go back to the basics...value bet closer to pot, just play your premium hands fast, and don't try to go crazy in all these smaller pots. Like 52 on a J22 board or whatever. |

Your 87 suited hand, I would not call his reraise to $6 preflop. That's a spew if you don't hit, and chances are you won't hit often enough to stack him to make this profitable  |
