Beat : I am going back to school
Brag : 11-1 girl/guy ratio
Variance : Still no idea what I want to major in
I decided to withdraw from all of my classes 1st semester of this year to take care of some personal issues and to also focus more on poker. Well, the whole dropping out thing ended up getting quite depressing after a month. I moved back home shortly after dropping out and breaking off a long-term relationship. Well, unfortunately for me, most of my friends are in school, or had jobs. I found myself sitting on my ass doing nothing all day, every day. Pretty unfullfilling.
Talked to a buddy of mine last night who is also a loser like myself, except his parents just pay for him to be a loser. Anyways, they told him to go to college or they stop spoiling him. Well, he is, and I decided what the hell, why not? I'll be living with him next year, so it should be pretty awesome. Good buddy of mine that goes there is treasurer of the "Drew Carey" frat, and will hopefully get me in there. I am really looking forward to actually doing something with my life, and putting poker on the backburner for awhile.
Being a professional online poker player(or even live) is not really a fullfilling life/lifestyle. Poker is not a career, at best, its an asset for some of us. I am really looking forward to having a career some day.
Peace
