Anyone knows how long it'll take before I get my regcode?
Anyway...
...this day will probably go to history as one of the worst I’ve had as far as poker goes. I down about 500 USD on NL100 due to me being allin for +100bb with draws 3 times without hitting one of them (I was drawing dead on the biggest one), never hitting anything and not getting any action on my big hands. Then I guess I played some hands pretty bad too. It’s all good anyway, I’ll learn some modesty and I can hopefully keep from getting to cocky. In the end I actually played really good and didn’t call shit unless I had odds, which often is a leak for me. No hard tilting or anything. Anyway, I decided that it was finally time to get pokertracker since I felt that I really need it now. I need to find out how my pairs, sc’s and such are doing and I’d really much like to know if there’s any more obvious leaks in my game that I can find from PT. I think that maybe I’ve been focusing to much on fast profits and to little on actually getting better and even if I’ve become a much better player now then I was a month ago I feel that I probably could do much better. Anyway, the lessons for the day is:
FE doesn’t exist vs random halfstacks.
Don’t call when your blocking bets gets raised…
Also:
I'd like any tips about how to use pokertracker and a few pointers about how to auto-classify players.

pokertracker alone is pretty worthless go get urself poker ace hud too which you can use to see ur enemys stats in the game |

Yea, I'll get that too soon but I figured that I'd try to figure out how to use PT first since I'd really like to get some decent recordkeeping, look to see if I've got some more obvious leaks and also get some stats on the regulars. I'm not playing on a very big site so I can pretty much keep notes on most people. I just need to learn to understand those stats. |

yeah I would never play anything higher than nl.01 without pahud now. Every time I reraise some 30/18 player with nothing it is so worth it |

What is this computerage turning people into? Tracker is good without PA Hud, anyone who says it's useless without it is a clueless idiot.
And you don't need PA Hud or PT to beat the players, you still need reads, just looking at stats and deciding your actions on those will make you very mechanical and easy to read player. No offence to def_jammer etc. Or well, maybe some. PT is the best ever tool for analyzing your own game with or without PA Hud.

ok, cool. I'll get PAHUD too then. Sounds resonable.
edit: I found some autorate rules on 2+2, does anyone else have other that they'll think is better or is it even worth it to do something about it? |

replies or reply? Only def_jammer was saying pt itself was useless. Unless you think me saying I would not play without pahud makes me a fucking idiot? |
