Yeah, I'm a bit of a pussy with the moving up thing. I have trouble coping with big swings so I use a 40 buy in rule. It's probably a bit excessive, but it helps me play my A game.

Raising preflop more than 10% is somewhat wild. 5% is average. Less than 3% is passive.

Yea that's true, I wasn't able to move beyond 50nl until I started using 30bi rule. And I think I'll up it even more before moving to next level.
