Looks cool, like kinda prop bet mania. Bet on predictions of fixed events.

Does anyone use this already? Is it legit?

Is it hard to get shares on that? It seems like you could make some money against some idiots that do things like believe Ron Paul will be President but I imagine there are a lot of people competing to buy the bets of those idiots

if ppl wanna bet on ron paul, the current price they have to pay is 1 cent to win $9.99. A huge amount of shares are already being offered at that price

yeah most of the odds are more or less consistent with what's offered on sportsbooks afaik, although a couple weeks ago Obama's shares on intrade took a huge dive compared to the relatively small dip they experienced on sportsbooks or nate silver's election prediction models and some people were scrambling to get money on. nate wrote a pretty good article about the situation and election prediction markets in general on his blog: http://fivethirtyeight.blogs.nytimes....ection-prediction-markets/#more-36594 .

there's also a ~$5 monthly trading fee fwiw.

oh I didn't even know there were still active bets on that lol. I was thinking several months ago when it was still during the primaries I remember Ron Paul being unreasonably high compared to what I thought his chances were.

oh. ill google more info on this thing. site looks a bit shady/weak for a betting site.
they could've at least made the site look full featured with stats etc to make it look expensive. hehe

Are these the prices that have been mention in the media? The stocks of the president? Comparing romney to obama, obama got this.

You know what, this seems like a fucking bucketshop, to be honest. Trading binaries instead of real assets.

Very interesting site..
